These terms apply when you use vietnam90days.com or the Vietnam 90 Days iPhone app, and when you send us a visa request. They are an agreement between you and Danielius Studio LLC, a company in Wyoming, USA (“we”). If you do not agree to them, please do not send a request.
What we do
Vietnam 90 Days is a private service. For a fee, we prepare your Vietnam e-visa application, check it for common mistakes and file it for you, on Vietnam’s e-visa portal or through a licensed agency. We are not part of Vietnam’s e-visa system and we do not decide applications. The note at the end of this page says the same in one sentence.
You can always apply yourself on Vietnam’s e-visa portal (evisa.gov.vn). There you pay only the e-visa fee set by Vietnam.
Prices and payment
Before you pay, we confirm by email the total price, the speed you chose and the timing. The total includes our service fee and the e-visa fee set by Vietnam ($25 for a single entry, $50 for multiple entry). Prices are in US dollars. Prices shown on the website and in the app are a guide until we confirm them by email. We start work once you have agreed the price and paid.
Your details
You must give correct and complete details, written exactly as they are in your passport, and your passport must meet Vietnam’s rules, including enough validity left on the day you enter. If your details are wrong or incomplete, your application can be delayed or refused, and we are not responsible for that. If you send details for someone else, you confirm that you are allowed to.
No promise of approval
Vietnam’s authorities decide whether to approve an application and how long it takes. We cannot promise approval or a date. A visa does not promise you entry either: staff at the border decide that.
Timing
We confirm the exact timing for your trip by email before you pay, in Vietnam time. Vietnam’s weekends and public holidays can change what is possible for each speed.

Our responsibility
As far as the law allows, our total responsibility to you for anything connected with the service is limited to the amount you paid us for the request. We are not responsible for indirect losses, such as missed flights, hotels or tours, or for delays and decisions of Vietnam’s authorities. Nothing in these terms takes away a right that the law gives you and that cannot be limited.
Using this site
The information on this site is general. Rules change, so each rules page shows the date we last checked it. Please check Vietnam’s e-visa portal before you travel. Do not use the site or the app to send false details or to overload the service.

Changes
We may change these terms. The terms in force on the day you send a request apply to that request.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA. If you live in a country whose consumer law gives you rights that cannot be waived, you keep those rights.
