Refunds

In short: we give our service fee back when we are the reason your application is late or not filed. The e-visa fee that goes to Vietnam cannot be given back once your application is filed.

What we refund

• Our service fee, in full, if we cannot file your application.
• Our service fee, in full, if we miss the timing we confirmed to you by email.
• Our service fee, in full, if Vietnam refuses your application.
• Everything you paid, if you cancel before we have filed your application.

What we do not refund

• The e-visa fee set by Vietnam ($25 for a single entry, $50 for multiple entry) once we have filed your application. Vietnam keeps it whether the application is approved or not.
• Our service fee, when the problem comes from details you sent after we warned you that they looked wrong.

How to ask

Email hello@vietnam90days.com with your reference (it looks like V90-ABCDE) and a line on what went wrong. We reply within a few hours in Vietnam working hours. An approved refund goes back to the card or account you paid with, and your bank decides how fast it shows.

Vietnam 90 Days is a private travel service. We are not the Vietnamese government or its immigration authority. You can always apply on the official portal yourself.
