Questions about a request, a payment or your data? Email hello@vietnam90days.com. We reply within a few hours during working hours in Vietnam (UTC+7). If you have a reference, such as V90-ABCDE, put it in your message.
How does it work?
You send a request on the website or in the app: your passport details, your arrival date and port, and the speed you want. We check the details for the mistakes that most often get an application refused, and reply by email with the price and the timing. If you agree, you pay and we file your e-visa application. When Vietnam approves it, we send you the e-visa.
When do I pay?
After you send the request, not before. We reply by email with the total price and the timing for the speed you chose, and you pay only once you have agreed to them. The request form never takes a payment.
How long does it take?
It depends on the speed you choose: standard, next day, same day or two hours. Each speed has a cut-off in Vietnam time, and Vietnam’s weekends and public holidays can change what is possible, so we confirm the exact timing for your trip in our email before you pay. If we miss the timing we confirmed, we refund our service fee.
What if I am refused?
Vietnam’s authorities decide every application, not us, and nobody can promise approval. If your application is refused, we tell you the reason as soon as we have it and we refund our service fee. The e-visa fee already paid to Vietnam ($25 for a single entry, $50 for multiple entry) is not returned. You can apply again, and we can help you fix the cause.
How do I delete my data?
Email hello@vietnam90days.com from the address you used in your request and say that you want your details deleted. We delete them and confirm by email, within 30 days at the latest. If you do nothing, we delete every request 90 days after the travel date you gave us.
