Vietnam 90 Days, the website vietnam90days.com and the Vietnam 90 Days iPhone app, is run by Danielius Studio LLC, a company in Wyoming, USA. On this page “we” means that company. We decide what happens to the details you send us, so we are responsible for them.
What we collect
We collect what you type into the request form, on the website or in the app:
- your name as printed in your passport, your passport number, your nationality, your date of birth and the date your passport expires;
- your travel plans: the day you enter Vietnam, how long you stay and the port where you enter;
- the service you choose: the speed, and single or multiple entry;
- your email address and, if you give it, your WhatsApp number.
When you send a request we also make a short code from your internet (IP) address. It lets us spot one sender flooding the form. It cannot be turned back into your address, and we do not keep the address with your request. Like every website, our server writes technical logs, which include IP addresses, to keep the service secure and to fix faults. We keep them only as long as we need them for that.
Why we use your details
To prepare and file your e-visa application, to confirm the price and the timing with you, to reply to your questions and to protect the service from misuse. We use your details for nothing else. If you live in the European Union or the United Kingdom, our reasons in law are that we need your details to do what you asked, and our interest in keeping the service safe.
Who sees your details
- Our team.
- Vietnam’s e-visa portal, or a licensed agency in Vietnam that files for us, when we file your application. Your details travel to Vietnam for this, even if you live somewhere else.
- The companies that host this website and carry our email. They handle your details only to run those services for us.
We do not sell your details. We show no ads and use no advertising trackers.
Cookies and tracking
This website uses Google Analytics to count visits and see which pages help travelers. Google Analytics sets cookies on your device and Google processes that data under its own privacy terms. The website sets no advertising cookies, and the iPhone app has no analytics. You can block these cookies in your browser settings without losing any part of the website.
The iPhone app
The app saves your answers and your last request on your phone, so you do not have to type them again. That copy stays on your phone until you delete the app or its data. The app sends us your details only when you send a request.
How long we keep your details
We delete your request 90 days after the travel date you gave us. If you ask us to delete it sooner, we will. We may keep the record of a payment for as long as tax law asks us to.
How we protect your details
You reach this site over an encrypted (HTTPS) connection. Requests are kept on a private server that only our team can reach, and they reach us by email over encrypted connections. If your details are ever put at risk, we tell you.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of your details, ask us to correct them or ask us to delete them. Email hello@vietnam90days.com from the address you used in your request. We answer within 30 days. If you live in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you can also complain to your data protection authority.
Other people
If you send details for someone else, including a child, you confirm that you are allowed to and that they know.
Changes
If we change this page in a way that matters, we change the date at the top.
